      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead assigned patient service lines and therapeutic programs
      - Conduct in-clinic visits, follow-up monitoring, patient education, and medication reconciliation
      - Coordinate care for specialty medications to ensure access and affordability
      - Deliver direct patient care and participate in pharmacy operations and medication dispensing
      - Provide pharmaceutical services throughout the medical center

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy
      - Completion of ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency
      - Significant clinical knowledge and expertise in patient-centered care
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Illinois or eligible to complete the licensure process within 60 days of employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Pharmacy or another advanced degree
      - PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency
      - Clinical pharmacy experience (2-4 years) in a hospital setting
      - Pediatric experience
