What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Surgical Services, Perioperative Medicine, Anesthesiology, General Surgery, and Orthopedics
- Implement evidence-based and regulatory standards of clinical/operational pharmacy services
- Develop guidelines, policies, and procedures in collaboration with healthcare team members
- Assist in system formulary management and provide clinical consultations
- Represent the pharmacy department on system-wide committees and service lines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Kentucky Board of Pharmacy and Indiana Board of Pharmacy license or eligibility
- BPS board certification in Nutrition Support Pharmacist (BCNSP) or Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS)
- Completion of PGY-2 ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency or minimum 3-5 years of related experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
