Understanding and supporting NDSO customer preferred clinical products lists. Provides support and reinforcement of these products at the dental practice level.
Conducts regular and ongoing meetings with assigned customer base to review order history, inventory, and other assigned metrics.
Provide information to internal and external team members via phone, email, and in-person communication. Provide communication as directed to peers and members of the customer’s management team.
Conducts product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, in support of preferred products and engages customer clinical advocates and preferred vendor partners as appropriate.
Coordinates with the Customer Delivery Manager to analyze data to determine coaching and developing customer strategies
Utilizes available CRM, analytics, and additional reporting and communication platforms to document, analyze, plan, and coordinate activities related to supporting customer goals.
Acts as an advocate for Henry Schein Dental business interests at all times.
Knowledge of product categories in dental supplies, equipment, technology, and related services.
Understanding of dental markets, trends, and key manufacturers.
Understanding of dental distribution models and supply chain logistics.
Understanding of dental business models and dental practice economics including budgets, inventory management, and revenue/production.
Knowledge of dental organization structures including DSOs and national accounts is preferred.
2-5 years in Dental clinical/business setting required
2-5 years in Dental sales preferred, not required.
2-5 years in account management, specialty sales, or business preferred, not required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Travel typically less than 10%. Remote environment. No special physical demands required.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.

JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is the primary advisory resource for clinical product usage in an assigned customer base of large national accounts. This position will be engaging with customer’s management team to understand clinical supply goals and objectives to help reinforce these goals and objectives at the practice level.

The posted range for this position is $54,540 - $95,445 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
