      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the development, organization, and evaluation of health promotion and educational programs for patients
      - Provide virtual and on-site support to clinical specialties and coordinate care for patients
      - Manage scheduling, patient education, and follow-up communications to improve clinic flow
      - Act as a liaison for project funders, participants, and volunteers, promoting program engagement
      - Monitor program financial performance and assist with budgetary planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
      - Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships
      - Competence in handling stressful situations with professionalism

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as an Ophthalmic Technician, Medical Assistant, Nursing, or another formal medical certification/licensure
      - Experience in utilizing video-conferencing technologies for patient communication
      - Ability to lead, motivate, and train others in an online environment
      - Knowledge of patient-centered value-based healthcare practices
      - Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for enhancing patient engagement
