What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and guidance for strategic initiatives within the Cancer Institute
- Collaborate with Cancer management and leadership teams to drive project success
- Analyze financial and clinical data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives from conception to implementation
- Foster thought partnership and strategic support across various teams and departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in healthcare or a related field with clinical/project leadership experience
- Experience analyzing financial and clinical data within Cancer or other clinical specialties
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse Cancer management and leadership teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Experience co-leading clinician groups to achieve effective outcomes
- Background in Cancer clinical or administrative roles
- Familiarity with Cancer care delivery models and relevant technology
- Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies such as CAP, Lean, and Six Sigma
