      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop innovative clinical programs focused on provider performance and value-based care
      - Lead the implementation of tele-dentistry initiatives to enhance accessibility and efficiency of dental services
      - Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical innovation programs
      - Monitor and analyze program outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with dental clinical teams, providers, and stakeholders to ensure successful program adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management within a healthcare or dental organization
      - Proven track record of managing clinical programs, particularly in value-based care and provider performance
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - In-depth knowledge of value-based care models and quality improvement initiatives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with tele-dentistry or digital health initiatives is highly desirable
      - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
      - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare settings
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
