      We are currently looking to fill a Clinical Program Supervisor role at our Palos Hills office.

      SALARY: The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $82,000 and $91,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.

      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

      • Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the programs including items related to service, community groups and personnel matters.
      • Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of services. Keeps abreast of client service needs and participates in planning for them.
      • Performs comprehensive, in-depth assessments for a variety of clinical services.
      • Provides a full range of case management, counseling, advocacy, educational, and related services to participants as needed.
      • Responsible for all personnel matters within program including hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, staff development, assigning, and terminating of staff. Identifies potential leadership of program staff.
      • Participates in developing program's annual and long range plan.
      • Recommends program budget to Management.
      • Assures appropriate integrations of multi-service, multi-disciplinary, and systems approach to program.
      • Develops and maintains contacts with community groups relating to program needs.
      • Works collaboratively with community agencies, organizations, and institutions.
      • Works collaboratively with other program supervisors to carry out goals and look for other opportunities for program development.
      • Works effectively with diverse staff and service population.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

      • Demonstrated ability to render adequate service to clients and to organize and manage job efficiently.
      • Ability to maintain assigned community and home-based services.
      • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
      • Demonstrated superior skills with families or communities.
      • Demonstrated competence in consultation, teaching, and writing.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred.
      • Master's degree in social work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university required.
      • 5+ years of post-graduate counseling or social work experience with supervisory experience, required.
      • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.

        ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

        • Satisfactorily pass all relevant screenings and criminal background checks.

        TRANSPORTATION/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

        • Driving for work required with a personally owned vehicle. Travel between sites not required.

            PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

            • While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing and viewing a computer terminal.
