What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform analysis, design, code, and test changes or enhancements to legacy clinical systems
- Build studies in Medidata Rave or other clinical data management systems, including derivations and validation procedures
- Code custom functions with C# for Rave studies
- Develop study schema, forms, validation procedures, and reports, and document development work
- Investigate production issues and provide solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in computer science or a related field and 2 years of related experience; or a Master's and only 1 year of experience is acceptable
- Strong knowledge of Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, C#, SQL, PL/SQL, and/or SAS
- Experience with Medidata Rave custom functions
- Experience with Clinical Reporting tools such as J Review is a plus
- Ability to obtain an NIH Public Trust clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
- Familiarity with NIH intramural programs and data submissions to sponsors
