      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a deep understanding of each study protocol to ensure adherence to FDA, GCP, and ICH Guidelines
      - Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents under supervision
      - Communicate with team members and clinical staff regarding study logistics and data management
      - Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation
      - Obtain informed consent forms and educate subjects on study details

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 to 5 years of healthcare experience with Dialysis experience preferred
      - Research experience preferred
      - Registered Dietitian or Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
      - Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management
      - Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
      - Familiarity with clinical trials management systems
