      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, implement, evaluate, and execute assigned clinical trials as a global trial lead
      - Provide oversight and coordination of operational aspects to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
      - Manage project budgets and assess project profit margins in collaboration with the trial-assigned Director
      - Oversee Clinical Research Associate (CRA) tasks and ensure effective site management and monitoring
      - Mentor other Clinical Project Manager staff and participate in business development activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy, or health science
      - At least 6 years of clinical research or related research management experience
      - Previous technical and managerial experience in conducting clinical pharmaceutical research studies
      - Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology
      - Previous experience in a Clinical Project Manager or Clinical Trial Manager position preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree preferred
      - Previous CRA experience preferred
      - Experience in project management within a clinical setting or relatable industry
