What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and translate doctor's clinical preferences into Invisalign Protocol Language
- Develop treatment planning protocols via software coding
- Provide clinical education and support to customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with various teams for protocol implementation
- Gather and share best practices for designing individual treatment protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Clinical degree (DDS, RDH or equivalent) or 3-5 years of orthodontic/dental industry experience
- Comfortable with clinical discussions with Orthodontists and Dentists
- Ability to learn technical language and software coding
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English/French or English/Portuguese
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across regions
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
