- Sets project management timelines and manages stakeholder expectations, proactively resolving conflict to successfully meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Provides stakeholders with the status updates, issues, key activities and any changes to the scope of the overall project.
- Serves as an escalation point for project team members to ensure that the team remains focused on project plans and timelines. Provides guidance on design, engineering, troubleshooting and technical decisions as needed.
- Develops, maintains and updates all systems related to documenting and tracking projects, issues and change management.
- Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments and meetings. Prioritizes requests for meetings and coordinates the necessary arrangements for meetings.
- Responsible for the coordination of meetings, including finalization of the agenda and completion of meeting minutes.
- Provides administrative support during the discovery/chartering efforts at the beginning of each project.

Salary Range: $37.09 -$46.63

Position Summary
Under guidance, provides administrative oversight to the planning, implementation and tracking of patient safety and quality improvement projects.
Job Responsibilities
Education
Experience
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Approximately 3 years of experience in a related administrative role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications.
- Professional demeanor with strong presentation and customer service skills.
