What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize proven quality assurance and improvement methods to support studies and interventions
- Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to promote efficiencies in clinical care
- Review clinical processes and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in committees and work groups to improve processes and health outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or relevant healthcare certifications
- Experience with continuous quality improvement methods and tools
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
- Knowledge of clinical record review and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPHQ Certification
- 3+ years of clinical management or healthcare experience
- Familiarity with NCQA and URAC standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
