      Join our team at NAPA, a leader in anesthesia and perioperative services, and experience the advantages of working with us. With a remote position and the flexibility to work from a home office, our Clinical Recruiter role offers a unique opportunity to identify clinical talent and support the building of our talent pipeline.

      Responsibilities:

      - Identify part-time and full-time provider candidates for client sites.
      - Prospect candidates using tools like cold calling, databases, social media, and job boards.
      - Prioritize sourcing efforts based on the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
      - Conduct phone/video screens of candidates and present them professionally to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
      - Provide candidates with information about site location, benefits, and compensation.

      Requirements:

      - Preferably, have recruiting experience or other professional business experience.
      - Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and talent acquisition teams.
      - Adaptability to a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
