      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source and screen candidates for the emergency medicine line through various mediums, including cold calling and trade shows
      - Engage physician candidates over the phone to discuss opportunities and fit with the organization's core values
      - Oversee the referencing process to ensure alignment with the emergency medicine team
      - Coordinate all specifics related to on-site interviews, including travel arrangements and itinerary preparation
      - Generate on-demand reports related to recruitment activity and maintain effective communication with the regional leadership team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in emergency medicine physician recruiting
      - Proven track record of successfully filling searches and closing deals
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to manage a heavy workload under deadlines with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building and maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
      - Ability to travel up to 15% for recruitment activities
