      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct remote audits related to PDPM, CMI, QRP, VBP, and QM as required
      - Collaborate with consultants to manage medical reviews and reporting for clients
      - Provide training and in-services to facility clinical staff as needed
      - Foster strong relationships with key facility leadership through effective communication
      - Participate in marketing activities and identify growth opportunities within the healthcare sector

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, or related field
      - Current license in the assigned state(s)
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SNF, post-acute settings, and rehabilitation
      - MDS certification (RAC-CT) or other advanced certification preferred
      - Valid driver’s license and personal transportation for multi-state travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in a relevant field
      - Highly skilled in virtual and technological communications and interactions
      - Knowledge of state, federal, and therapy practice legislation/law and accreditation standards
      - Experience in interdisciplinary management and understanding essential
      - Strong leadership and analytical skills
