What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison to study staff and families, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth operations
- Consent participants and provide detailed information regarding genetic testing and study activities
- Administer and track surveys, conduct participant interviews, and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate documentation for Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Clinical Investigations (CCI) submissions
- Prepare statistical reports and support the training of new research assistants

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Genetics, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for moderate to complex data interpretation
- Excellent communication skills to relay critical information to patients and study sites
- Interest in genetics and/or social science research
- Conversational Spanish proficiency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced writing skills to contribute to articles and summary papers for medical journals
- Ability to make a two-year commitment to the research study
