What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure regulatory, ICH-GCP, and protocol compliance
- Conduct monitoring activities using different methods
- Manage reporting of protocol deviations and follow-up
- Document activities via follow-up letters and monitoring reports
- Enter data into tracking systems for observations and action items
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a clinical monitor
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience of utilizing systems like Siebel CTMS, eTMF, eISF (Florence)
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes
