What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure regulatory, ICH-GCP, and protocol compliance
- Conduct monitoring activities using different methods, on-site and remote
- Verify clinical data accuracy and completeness
- Manage reporting of protocol deviations and follow-up
- Document activities via monitoring reports and other required project documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a clinical monitor
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience of being systems level experts in systems like Siebel CTMS, eTMF, eISF (Florence)
