What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify documentation of consent, required screening tests, and eligibility criteria for patient enrollment in clinical trials
- Enroll patients as required by study sponsors and monitor their compliance throughout the study duration
- Perform data entry and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report adverse events and deviations as mandated by sponsors and regulations
- Maintain electronic research files and facilitate communication between the clinical team and study sponsors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in clinical research
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- High degree of computer literacy and familiarity with clinical research protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data management and electronic medical records
- Previous involvement in clinical trials or research projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges within the research team
- Knowledge of institutional and federal regulations governing clinical research
