What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the main line of communication between the project team, sponsor, and study sites
- Prepare, conduct, and report on site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
- Ensure accurate and timely information flow regarding Adverse Events and protocol deviations
- Conduct source data verification and manage study risks at the site level
- Support preparation of draft regulatory and ethics committee submission packages
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience
- Experience in all types of monitoring visits, in phases I-III
- Experience in Oncology is mandatory; GI and/or radio-pharm experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75% and valid driver’s license (if applicable)

- Located in Central or West Coast preferred
- Full working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and multitask in a dynamic team environment
