      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and oversee the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites
      - Ensure studies are conducted according to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations
      - Coordinate activities required for study setup and monitoring, including investigator identification and regulatory submissions
      - Work with 2-3 protocols on average and support Project Managers with larger trials
      - Interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry for CRA II; 4+ years for Senior CRA
      - Experience in monitoring cardiology and/or Lupus
      - Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to approximately 50-60%
      - Fluency in English and local language for non-English speaking countries where position is based

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in clinical trial designs and execution of targeted clinical trials
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose solutions to study risks
      - Proven ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
      - Familiarity with advanced biomarker and data analytics solutions in clinical research
