      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete onsite and remote monitoring activities in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulations
      - Verify informed consent procedures and ensure the integrity of clinical data
      - Manage investigative site staff to facilitate trial deliverables and subject enrollment
      - Write and submit reports of investigational site findings and escalate issues as necessary
      - Perform key risk assessments and participate in audit preparation and follow-up activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting clinical trials, including 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
      - In-depth knowledge of the drug development process and ICH-GCP regulations
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to travel extensively and establish effective working relationships with site staff
      - Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a clinical, science, or health-related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Health care professional licensure, such as a registered nurse
      - High proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical systems
      - Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
      - Ability to focus on detail and maintain accuracy over extended periods
