      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage clinical sites from start-up to closure, ensuring efficient operation
      - Identify and resolve logistical and operational issues throughout the study
      - Conduct training sessions for site staff and perform various monitoring activities
      - Develop and review essential study documents and assist with protocol design
      - Maintain compliance with FDA and employer requirements, ensuring data integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Graduate degree in life sciences, nursing, or other health-related disciplines
      - Minimum five years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
      - Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines governing clinical trials
      - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current certification as a Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)
      - Demonstrated aptitude in relevant therapeutic areas such as Electrophysiology and Vascular Interventional Cardiology
      - Experience leading study or departmental projects independently
