      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the coordination of clinical research studies from start-up to close-out, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
      - Provide guidance to team members involved in study coordination, delegate tasks, and monitor progress
      - Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions
      - Conduct patient screening and visits, organizing and scheduling follow-ups as needed
      - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree required, preferably in a health-related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in clinical research
      - Ability to work effectively within a team environment
      - Knowledge of research ethics and regulations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory compliance
      - Familiarity with electronic data capture systems
