Job Description

- Conduct community outreach to raise awareness of the clinical trial
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians and local clinics
- Attend in-person meetings with referral providers and interact with study and sponsor team
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and community centers to educate medical professionals and distribute study materials
- Post recruitment materials (flyers, brochures) in targeted locations
- Educate patients and healthcare providers about the clinical trial
- Maintain and update online tracking portals daily to monitor outreach efforts and metrics
- Process media referrals and support other recruitment initiatives as needed
- Additional study tasks as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Proven success in patient recruitment and community outreach
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for outreach activities

Location: Houston, TX - Local travel required within the community - must have reliable transportation

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support a GI clinical research study through community engagement, physician networking and patient recruitment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
