      Description

      A clinical research coordinator (CRC) manages the day-to-day operations of clinical trials and studies. Their responsibilities include: Recruiting participants Attending events and seminars to promote studies, and recruiting and screening participants Collecting data Collecting data from research, coding and analyzing it, and maintaining research records Ensuring compliance Ensuring that the study complies with protocols, regulatory standards, and is ethically conducted Managing budgets Managing budgets for research, and preparing study budgets Communicating with participants Communicating with participants about study objectives, and administering questionnaires Coordinating care Coordinating care for trial patients, and helping patients understand their treatment Ensuring supplies are available Making sure that all equipment and supplies needed for the study are in-stock and in good working order Ensuring staff follow policies Ensuring that the research team follows standard policies and federal regulations Educating staff Educating and mentoring clinical staff, research team, and other coordinators CRCs typically have a bachelor's degree in nursing or a health science field. They also need to have strong analytical and organizational skills, and be great communicators. CRCs can work for pharmaceutical companies, hospital research departments, or private businesses.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      Looking for a Sr. CRC. Someone that comes from clinical trials/drug related. 3-5 years minimum experience. Experience working challenging protocols. Chronic Disease experience would be great. NASH experience would be icing on the cake. Draw blood is a plus but if they do not draw blood, that is ok. They have a phlebotomist onsite.

      The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
