- Build and maintain relationships with Banner Health leadership, clinical teams, and other stakeholders at your facility.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve Site Goals for participant engagement, enrollment, and retention.
- Identify and monitor barriers to enrollment and retention, and develop solutions to overcome them.
- Ensure local strategies are successful through regular assessment and evaluations.
- Manage site supply inventory and order essential items as needed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance at your site with the All of Us Research Program protocol, local standard operating procedures (SOPs), and good clinical practice (GCP). This includes ensuring all staff are compliant with training requirements and are aware of any operational or protocol changes.
- Communicate regularly with your CRM or Senior CRM to share updates, problem-solve, make decisions, etc.
- Communicate with your team regularly via huddles or meetings to share program updates, process changes, discuss strategy, etc.
- Conduct regular one on one meetings with staff to discuss job performance, professional development, opportunities for growth, etc.
- Ensure appropriate staffing at your site to meet business needs. This will include team time approval for sick and vacation time or hiring as needed.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure all aspects of the All of Us Research Program are carried out appropriately.
- Performance Management.
- Engage, enroll, and retain participants in the inpatient, outpatient, and community setting.
- Recruit participants to join the All of Us Research Program by communicating with eligible individuals in the inpatient, outpatient, and community setting.
- Communicate with interested individuals via phone call, email, SMS, or other means to schedule enrollment visits.
- Support participants with completing informed consent, PPI surveys, physical measurements, biospecimen collection, and biospecimen processing and finalization.
- Support participants with completing eligible activities via in-person communications, phone call, CATI, email, or SMS.
- Document all activities in relevant platforms: REDCap, Cerner, HealthPro, PMT, or other platforms.

University of Arizona Health Sciences (UAHS) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III (Site Lead & Senior Clinical Research Coordinator) to join the All of Us Research Program at the University of Arizona and Banner Health. Reporting to the regional Clinical Research Manager, this position will be responsible for the operational oversight, implementation, and clinical research team management of the All of Us Research Program at your assigned site: Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center or Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. You will ensure regulatory compliance at your site with the All of Us protocol, local standard operating procedures (SOPs), and good clinical practice (GCP). In addition, as the Site Lead, you will be responsible for the daily supervision, performance management, training, mentorship, and professional development of site personnel. As part of your role, you are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Banner Health leadership, clinical teams, and support staff at your facility. Your day-to-day activities include participant engagement, enrollment, biospecimen collection and processing, physical measurement collection, and long-term retention activities.
All of Us is a national research program funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). It seeks to enroll one million or more individuals from across the United States with an emphasis on communities traditionally underrepresented in biomedical research to help speed up medical research and advance precision medicine. This position requires occasional in-state travel.Must be willing to be trained in phlebotomy and biospecimen collection.
