      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Principal Investigators in the activation, execution, and management of clinical research studies
      - Assist in assessing study feasibility, determining participant eligibility, and establishing data collection guidelines
      - Recruit and educate participants about clinical trials while coordinating evaluation and follow-up activities
      - Manage participant data collection, processing, and resolution of discrepancies in compliance with regulations
      - Maintain compliance with institutional policies and federal/state regulations related to research activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in clinical research coordination or a related field
      - Advanced understanding of clinical research management duties, including federal and state laws and regulations
      - Current CITI credentials for Human Subjects Protections and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
      - Strong communication skills for engaging with study participants and community partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with electronic clinical research charts and data management systems
      - Familiarity with IRB requirements and ethical obligations in clinical research
      - Additional certifications in clinical research or related areas
      - Experience in participant recruitment and retention strategies
      - Knowledge of various healthcare delivery systems for data tracking and evaluation
