What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all clinical activities related to one or more clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies for timely product approvals from global regulatory bodies
- Manage a team of Clinical Research Specialists, providing leadership and support for clinical research projects
- Prepare and review clinical documents, including study protocols and case report forms, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Interface with key functional groups to drive clinical initiatives and manage relationships with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Research experience or 3 years with an advanced degree
- Proven ability to manage clinical research projects and lead teams effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (Masters, PhD, or MD) in engineering, life sciences, or a related medical/scientific field
- Experience in cardiovascular clinical research or medical device industry
- Demonstrated experience in clinical trial design and management
- Knowledge of global clinical trial strategy and execution
- Experience in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
