What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned protocols and bridge between Country Operations and clinical trial team
- Project management of assigned studies from feasibility to close out
- Review Monitoring Visits Reports and address performance issues
- Lead local study teams and train other local roles
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful study execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research
- Bachelor's degree in Science or comparable field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language
- Experience as a key link between Country Operations and Clinical Trial Teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CRA Experience preferred
