What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites
- Conduct site visits (on-site or remotely) including Pre-Study, Initiation, Routine, and Closeout visits
- Ensure study staff have the necessary materials and instructions for patient enrollment
- Review informed consent procedures for regulatory compliance
- Interpret data to identify protocol deviations and risks to subject safety/data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree and CCRA (Certified Clinical Research Associate) preferred
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, MS Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA Rules and Regulations, NIH guidelines, ICH guidelines, and HIPAA regulations
- Prior experience in Oncology preferred
- Effective communication skills

- 0-2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
