What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage retrospective clinical research activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with investigators and research personnel to ethically review and safeguard data from pediatric subjects
- Provide expertise and mentorship to research staff, promoting effective study conduct and subject safety
- Coordinate resources and develop project budgets to support clinical research initiatives
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and dissemination for retrospective studies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience, including site management and knowledge of federal regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's Degree in clinical research, science, or a related healthcare field; or 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research administration in lieu of a degree
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain scientific integrity and ethical standards in clinical research

- Master's Degree in clinical research, science, or other healthcare-related field
