      Responsibilities

      The Clinical Research Project Manager oversees the conduct of complex, large scale (multi-center) studies, or multiple research projects; provides oversight to the clinical team lead/supervisor, assists with training and onboarding of clinical research staff, develops and/or contributes to development of study manuals, guidance documents and source documents, prepares monthly metrics to report to senior leadership, attends and engages in leadership meetings, represents internally and externally, provides expert consulting at project level and supports a culture centered on delivering excellent clinical research services.

      Qualifications

      Bachelors (Required) Masters (preferred)

      Degree and 5 Years of clinical research experience OR Masters Degree and 3

      Years of clinical research experience AND 2 years Lead/Proj Mgr Exp

      Additional Skills & Qualifications:

      Bachelors of Science

      5+ years of clinical research coordinator experience

      Experience overseeing teams
