What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete clinical research Medicare coverage analysis, coding, internal budgets, and negotiate reimbursement with sponsors and CROs
- Provide Quality Assurance oversight and collaborate on required changes before delivering internal budgets and coverage analyses to customers
- Act as a subject matter expert to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Communicate with customers, including Clinical Trial Office administration and investigators, upon completion of services
- Define processes for internal and external workflows to ensure quality and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years' work experience in a clinical trials environment, specifically related to Medicare coverage analysis and budget negotiation
- Knowledge of FDA and Medicare regulations related to clinical trials
- Proficiency in coding, with certification preferred
- Ability to collaborate internationally and manage customer relationships effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
