What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage operational aspects of clinical trial sites in conjunction with project teams
- Perform remote monitoring visits and ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing of clinical database management systems
- Develop, maintain, and present clinical trial and project-specific training materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal project knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field
- Minimum of two years' experience directly supporting clinical trials
- Knowledge of clinical research study processes and protocol management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities while ensuring quality and timeliness

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of cellular therapies, diseases treated by cellular therapies, and disease assessments
- ACRP or SOCRA certification
- Prior site experience
- Experience developing clinical strategies and study design
- Knowledge of clinical monitoring functions and reporting
