What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the technical writing process from study concept through completion and publication
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches to support clinical study design
- Prepare clinical study documents and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Extract statistical data and prepare interim and final study reports
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines during document production
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree required; PhD preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical research experience
- At least 2 years of experience in technical/scientific writing within the medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic medical and surgical terminology
- Relevant certification required or willingness to obtain within one year
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience reviewing or drafting documents for EU MDR (e.g., CER, CEP, PMCFP)
- Background in science, engineering, or medical fields with understanding of research design and methodology
- Familiarity with biomedical databases such as PubMed and Embase
