What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute product education programs for sales representatives and reseller partners
- Provide the Orthopedic Instruments sales team with knowledge to clinically differentiate technologies
- Support the sales team in the field and operating room with clinical education and product trials
- Develop strong relationships with the sales team and become a clinical expert in assigned portfolios
- Collaborate with the internal product Brand team to ensure consistent messaging to the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of work experience required
- Medical device industry experience required
- Operating room exposure/experience required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA preferred
- Sales experience preferred
