Job summary
At Care Fertility, you wont just be part of a team youll be part of something extraordinary.
As a Clinical Embryologist, you'll play a vital role in all aspects of laboratory work, including oocyte collection, sperm preparation and freezing, insemination and ICSI, fertilisation and embryo assessment, embryo freezing and transfer, and oocyte cryopreservation all tailored to your level of training.
If youre trained in biopsy, there are opportunities to get involved there too.You'll join a welcoming, forward-thinking team that values collaboration and actively encourages new ideas.

You're a state-registered, ICSI-trained Clinical Embryologist who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and understands the vital role of the laboratory in the patient journey. Biopsy training is an advantage, but not essential. Above all, you bring professionalism, curiosity, and compassion to everything you do.

This is a Permanent position based at Care Fertility Northampton (67 The Avenue, Northampton NN1 5BT).
The core working days are Monday Friday, with a weekend cover rota.

You will work with the multi-disciplinary team in coordinating treatment cycles and providing our patients with the best possible treatment experience and as a team giving each patient the very best chance of success. As a member of the Care Family, you will carry out your roles in a way that supports and delivers our shared values. You are caring, patient focused and committed to do your best.
