What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, implement, and analyze ePROs (Patient Reported Outcomes) with healthcare practices
- Develop and modify workflow processes to improve efficiencies in the clinical setting
- Serve as a liaison between the practice and Ontada throughout the implementation process
- Coordinate all aspects of the implementation and ensure project completion on time
- Customize training plans for ePROs with clinical staff and improve workflows for documentation and billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree in Nursing, Business, Informatics, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare
- 1-2 years of oncology experience
- 1-3 years of experience in implementing healthcare information systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
