What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to regulations and requirements
- Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified nursing staff
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care provided
- Manage the nursing department's budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Five (5) or more years of clinical experience in the field of Nursing
- At least Two (2) years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas
- Current BLS certification or must successfully obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
- Ambulatory clinic experience
- National Nursing Certification
