      Main duties of the job

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, youll drive clinical excellence while ensuring safety, sustainability, and outstanding client experiences. With hands-on training and travel opportunities, youll seamlessly integrate and elevate our services.

      In your first 6-12 months, youll play a pivotal role in:

      • Strategic Planning & Site Launches Work alongside the RGM to execute ambitious growth plans.
      • Seamless Integration Ensure smooth operations, technology adoption, and personnel coordination.
      • Building High-Performing Teams Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training to create a world-class service delivery team.
