What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers while collaborating with Regional Sales Managers
- Provide presales account support and generate leads through customer intelligence and social networking
- Act as the clinical subject matter expert for healthcare providers and support staff
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations, and facilitate customer training and project management
- Stay informed on clinical and market trends related to sleep and cardiology
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree in Cardiovascular, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sleep medical device field or related area
- Two years of CRM or Salesforce experience
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification
- Ability to travel 50% or more
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with VA hospitals and large managed care organizations
- Completion of an accredited program/degree in respiratory care
- Familiarity with clinical reimbursement and managed care policies
- Hospital/clinic-based support experience
- Proven track record in sales and clinical relationship management
