      Are you a compassionate, licensed clinical social worker who’s passionate about health equity and LGBTQ+ care? Step into a meaningful role where your expertise will directly support the transgender community, helping patients navigate their journeys with dignity, empathy, and holistic care.

      What You’ll Do:

      As a Clinical Social Worker specializing in Transgender Health, you’ll provide comprehensive psychosocial support to a select caseload of patients and their families. From assessments and care planning to advocacy and resource coordination, you’ll be a trusted ally and integral member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering affirming, patient-centered care. Your voice will matter, your experience will shape outcomes, and your compassion will leave a lasting impact.

      You’ll help bridge gaps in care, reduce health disparities, and empower individuals through critical transitions—both medically and emotionally. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring continuity of care, responding to urgent needs, and driving organizational excellence.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Education: MSW from an accredited program

      • License: Maryland LMSW (or eligible under Board criteria)

      • Experience: At least 1 year in clinical social work (internships considered), ideally within mental health or healthcare

      • Skills: Strong communicator, problem-solver, team player, and culturally competent provider

      • Knowledge: Community resources, biopsychosocial approaches, and today’s healthcare landscape
