What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support to customers and the salesforce on clinical products and services
- Conduct quality investigations and clinical reviews to improve practices and recommend best practices
- Call on potential and existing clinical customers to expand and retain business
- Develop customer growth and retention service proposals through consultation with key accounts
- Collaborate with the salesforce on product conversions and implementations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab or Interventional Radiology
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist ARRT (RT), ARRT (CV), ARRT (CI), ARRT (VI), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Registered Nurse (RN) certification
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes

- Background in medical sales/support or education within the clinical field
