      About the Role:

      We are seeking a passionate Virtual Clinical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll develop strong relationships with wound and continence clinicians, focusing on building brand advocates and providing training and education support to our valued customers.

      Your Responsibilities:

      • Provide clinical support and virtual training to target customers as well our webinar series.
      • Develop brand advocates with key opinion leaders and decision-makers.
      • Contribute to sales growth in your territory through clinical calls and development of opportunities.
      • Develop training and support programs aligned with sales and clinical strategies.
      • Support customer trials, evaluations, and implementations in collaboration with the sales team.
      • Deliver customer presentations, delivering and supporting with clinical content.
      • Ensure clear communication and delivery of content to stakeholders.
      • Demonstrate strong segment and product knowledge.

      Your Skills & Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
      • Current APHRA registration.
      • Up-to-date Vaccination certificate.
      • Understanding of healthcare, aged care, and home care sectors.
      • Experience working within healthcare and/or aged or home care sectors.
      • Certificate IV in adult education or experience in delivery of education session desirable.
      • Clinical understanding of wound care, skin care, and continence management desirable
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to tailor messaging based on audience.
      • Presentation, training, and facilitation skills and experience
      • Proficiency in word, excel, PowerPoint & outlook.
      • CRM experience.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
      • Passion for clinical outcomes and customer-oriented.
