- Nuffield Health is looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Sterile Services Technicians to join the Team in HSSU. These positions will be to assist in the preparation of sterile and/or disinfected medical devices, under controlled conditions, to meet customer requirements.
- It will be important to maintain a clean and tidy working environment whilst checking medical devices for cleanliness, functionality and damage, and taking action to rectify any problems and escalating issues where necessary.
- Successful candidates will ensure that process equipment and accessories are in full working order and that all faults and anomalies are reported.
- With good organisational skills, post holders will be required to maintain accurate records / documentation in accordance with statutory and organisational policies and procedures. What do you need?
- A basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy
- Full training will be provided
- Good communication skills, verbal and written, and basic computer literacy
- Attention to detail and an overarching desire to deliver a high quality service
