      Job Description – Clinical Study Coordinator

      Under the supervision of the Director or Research Manager, the Clinical Study Coordinator supports all aspects of therapeutic oncology trials, including First-in-Human and Phase I–III studies, as well as Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs). This role involves subject recruitment, informed consent, coordination of care, data collection, and regulatory compliance, all within a fast-paced clinical research environment.

      The coordinator ensures protocol adherence, accurate documentation, and subject safety, while collaborating closely with investigators. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, investigational product accountability, participation in study visits and audits, and maintaining study supplies and equipment. The role may also involve educating staff, managing regulatory documents, and assisting with biospecimen handling.


      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field (or 3 additional years of relevant experience)

      • 2 years of clinical or research experience preferred

      • Required certifications within 1 month: GCP, HSP, IATA, BLS; ACRP or SOCRA within 2 years

      • Preferred: 3+ years in oncology or Phase 1 trials
