      LSSI is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor at the Kenmore Residential Program, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Supervise the daily operations and delivery of substance use services in a Residential Rehabilitation Program. Provide direct supervision to Counselor and Case Aide staff. Ensure compliance with various regulatory and funding entities. Ensure productivity, census, and outcome measure are met.u00A0u00A0

      Essential Functions: u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Residential Rehabilitation staff, including Counselors, Case Aides, Housekeepers, and others.u00A0u00A0
      • Oversee Curriculum delivery to clients and the scheduling of clinical services in the Residential Rehabilitation program.u00A0u00A0
      • Meet reporting, productivity, and service deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, SUPR, and funding bodies.u00A0 Collaborate with other LSSI programs/departments, including Central Intake and Development, as needed.u00A0u00A0
      • Review both written and EHR documentation to ensure compliance with SUPR and Part 2060.u00A0u00A0
      • Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.u00A0u00A0
      • Familiarity with Emergency Procedures.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, and other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      Position Qualifications: u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.u00A0u00A0
      • Bacheloru2019s degree or masteru2019s degree in social service field is preferred.u00A0 u00A0
      • 1-3 years of experience in substance use field with increasing levels of responsibility STRONGLY preferred.u00A0u00A0 u00A0
      • Supervisor/Manager experience STRONGLY preferred. u00A0
      • CADC or the ability to obtain a CADC within 18 months of hire is required.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW is preferred.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • Background check clearance is required.u00A0u00A0
      • Annual TB test is required.u00A0u00A0
      • Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office u2013 Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • Access to reliable transportation.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • Occasional driving may be required.u00A0u00A0
      • Valid Driveru2019s License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      • Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required.u00A0u00A0
