- Responsible for the clinical oversight from admission through discharge of homecare clients and patients served. This oversight will include supervision of:
- Care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.
- Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers.
- The assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers.
- Caregiver development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader.
- The position will be both in office and field facing with travel required to patient homes for onsite visits
- Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)
- Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required
- Proficiency in the English language is required
- Looking for a team player with skills in time management, organization, and customer service

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
